Hereford Steinway Piano
A world-class instrument, at the heart of the city.
The piano is the property of the Hereford Cider Museum Trust, and is available for use by professional recitalists, serious amateurs, and educational establishments.
Made in Hamburg in 2003, the piano was personally selected by the distinguished virtuoso recitalist Martino Tirimo, who described it as “one of the best instruments I have played.”
It was decided to locate the piano at Holy Trinity because of the building’s fine acoustics, the easy accessibility and central location of the site, and because Holy Trinity PCC could provide the administrative systems needed to make it available as widely as possible. The instrument is managed by a committee including members of the Hereford Cider Museum Trust, Holy Trinity PCC, and representatives of local musical organisations.

Hiring the Piano
The piano is available for hire for performances at Holy Trinity at very modest rates. It may also be hired for use in other venues, though the cost of removal is considerable and worth bearing in mind.
For further information, please contact the church office, open every weekday morning, 10am–12pm.
