Giving at St Michael’s
Supporting the life and work of St Michael’s.
Everything you’ve read about St Michael’s, the quiet of the churchyard, the Quiet Days, the village fête, the steady faithfulness of a small congregation, is made possible by the generosity of people who give.
Giving is part of how we follow Jesus, not a separate obligation attached to it. It’s one of the ordinary, everyday practices that shapes a life of faith, alongside prayer and worship.
Give online — the quickest way to give a one-off or regular gift is below.
Ways to Give
The Parish Giving Scheme — the simplest way to give regularly. It’s secure, it automatically claims Gift Aid on your behalf where eligible, and it can be set up in a few minutes online or by phone.
Find St Michael’s and set up your giving directly on the Parish Giving Scheme website.
Cash or card during a service — collection plates and a card reader are available at our services.
A one-off gift — however large or small, every gift matters.
Gift Aid
If you’re a UK taxpayer, Gift Aid adds 25p to every £1 you give, at no extra cost to you. It makes a real difference, and it’s simple to set up.
