Chris became a Reader in 1988 when he was living in Surrey. He Joined the team in 2009 shortly after retiring from working as a solicitor.

He has been involved in a number of initiatives across the team including being part of the Messy Church outreach which the team hosted for a number of years, and Open the Book. Both ventures are designed to bring Bible stories to pre-school and school age children.

Chris enjoys leading and being involved with Bible study groups with an emphasis on contemporary application, within a relaxed home environment. These have often been of a seasonal nature.
